Steps 9941 I gave a board member a tour of our facility today so that really helped the steps. We hadn't seen each other face to face for a few months as all meetings have been online and one of the first things she said to me was "wow you've lost heaps of weight!" Made me feel really good.

Wow Roger you are such an inspiration, what an incredible journey. Congratulations on being classed as overweight, that's a goal I'm still working towards, I'm currently still in the obese category, I'm just too darn short LOL. Fantastic news about your liver. I got serious in Oct last year when I found out I had fatty…

Steps 9146 Dancing around in the background while watching TV paid off but I've told my partner he has to keep his eyes on the screen. He's trying to encourage me with his comments but it just makes me self conscious when I'm flailing around.

Intro time: Some of you already know me. I'm 44 yr old female, I live in South Australia with my partner and 4 British Bulldogs. My heaviest weight was 242 lbs when I decided to get a lap band (years ago now), that got me down to 209lbs but I didn't really change my eating habits at all. Late last year I ended up in…

Oh wow thank you so much for this I really needed to see this. I've been bitching and moaning about how badly I've been doing in Jan and then went back through my records and saw that even with my ups and downs I lost a total of 8.8 lbs in Jan and I thought I was doing really badly! That's why being in this group is so…

@lindamtuck2018 OMG yes exhausted from the storm and I had to stay at work until 9pm for a board meeting last night so I just want to sleep today! Can't wait for tomorrow (Sat) for a good sleep in. One thing I keep hearing a lot from people at the moment now that I've been doing this for 3 months is "Oh it must be getting…

Oops forgot to do my steps for 26/1 - 4132 It's currently 1:40am and I'm trying to calm down the puppies during a thunderstorm, meanwhile its my first day back in the office tomorrow (sigh). Grateful for the rain though its been stinking hot here.

@lindamtuck2018 no dietitian was just a one time thing to make sure I was on the right track. She basically told me I'd already done half her work and she was happy with my food choices I just have to stick to it. Feeling like Jan has been a bit of a right off, need to start again in Feb and get serious again. Steps 4023

Steps 4003 Working from home today and tomorrow. I'm starting to feel better but I'm just constantly hot and sweating for no reason, really gross. Got a negative test result so confirmed that sore throat and everything is just from the booster as i suspected. Anyway as I said working from home again tomorrow and then wed…

Weigh in Username Pippin20206 PW 185.6 CW 182.3 Ya, I've lost the holiday weight plus some! I'm now 82.7kg which is a big milestone for me because previously I've always gotten stuck on 85kgs and not made it any further so here's hoping I can keep going towards my goal of 70kg.

Steps 8203 woo! Had my booster today so feeling a bit cruddy. Sorry i haven't been very chatty. I normally do my check in just before bed and half the time I'm too tired to write much. Feel like I'm slowly getting back on track though.

So first day back working in the office and trying to get back into my food routines after all the holiday indulgencies, it's really hard and I'm feeling pretty depressed about it all. But this little pumpkin face is my inspiration. Sammy is 10.5 years old which is very old for a bulldog, their average life span is 8-10…
