I was successfully AF on 2/2. Last night (2/3) I went to the Volksfest and tried the Kolsch from a local brewery which was very good, then 2 IPAs and ate Schweinebraten (braised pork roast) with saukerkraut. Everything was really good but the meat was pretty greasy. Came home and had a couple more beers (why do I do this?)…

Ended up going out Friday so ended up having a few beers. I don't go out often so it's all good. Yesterday was AF and plan for today and remainder of the month to be AF.

@Lilylady3k I can relate on catching up on the AF days. I got a little de-railed over the long weekend. Back on course today. Dinner will be leftovers and going to bed at a decent time. I have noticed that when I do drink alcohol I tend to stay up late for no good reason which only interferes more with good sleep.…

The weekend somehow got away from me but I'm back. I have 7/15 days AF. Today will be AF for sure, need to get the balance in the other direction, more AF days than A days. @GeeBee08505 I don't think you sound like an alcoholic, you sound like a habit-holic! I can totally understand not wanting to go to a place where you have instilled habits like sitting at the bar with your favorite drink. Maybe next time you can go but sit at a table instead? Or chose a different place for your date night…
