Go to Dollar Tree. They have a great frozen food section. I have gotten the steamed veggies from there, and sometimes you can catch the Smart Ones meals.

My birthday is August 10. I hope to hit the 140-145 lbs lost mark by then. I probably will. I have lost 127 lbs so far. Going to reward myself a lot. Ideally, I would like to hit the 150 lb mark by my birthday. That would put me REALLY close to getting to ONEderland by November. I would LOVEE to be in ONEderland by October…
