Use a skirt/pants hanger (the one with the 2 slide-up tabs, or the duckbill clips) to hang recipes on cabinet handles while cooking.

It's relative to weight. When I did week 2 I burned a little over 200 cals. I'm on Week 4 burning about 275...but I weigh more than you...

Yes obesity is considered a disability. You can get paid SSA benefits for it. But usually its in conjunction with another impairment like diabetes or heart issues.
