JFT Jan 3 Another lazy day. My holiday is over tomorrow and it’s back to work for me. My wife and son will be doing remote learning starting Wednesday for a minimum of two weeks. Happy New Year Folks! The last year has been a tough one and I need to make this one better. Going to focus on having more fun and more physical. Jan 1: Lazy day planned today. I just started Intermittent Fasting this week. I had done it once before for a short time and liked how it really helped my body feel less bloated and better digestion. I am going to start using our home gym too which I have been REALLY lazy about doing the past 6 months.
