@CupcakeCrusoe she told me to limit to 30% or that it was advised due to my bad cholesterol and triglycerides still being high. I’m not sure she actually looked at my results from February though because someone else had reviewed those when they came in. And the numbers have gone down on my triglycerides since then.

Mines been every 3ish weeks in the last few months so I get the frustration with that. Hopefully yours levels out.

I have injuries, joint condition, arthritis. I’ve been focusing on my food the most, but I’ve also done chair exercises as my body tolerates.

I called my doctor yesterday, left a message. In the meantime, I halved one of the pills I’m supposed to take because it makes me nervous to take the whole thing now. Hopefully they’ll call me back today. Yesterday my BP was steadier so I think the halving the pill helped.

March goals: I want to get better at reaching my protein, continue eating less sugar, continue taking steps to improve my mental health. Make it to my appointments. I think iPhone is having an issue seeing photos since the latest update. It drives me nuts. And we can’t post photos except progress photos. Only Android can do that. I thought we could on the desktop site but I don’t use it and haven’t tried. I’ve already submitted a review of the app to ask that the iOS app allow us iOS…
