  • Beans are high in carbs. When Keto first came out, I looked into it but saw that beans were a no-no due to their carb count. The Mediterranean diet is the way for me. Found that those who live in the "blue zones" all follow a similar lifestyle in the way they eat, move and live. Great for inflammation as well. :smile:
