I have triplets 2 boys and a girl, I hate huggies!!! Pampers are the best. I know pampers are more expensive so I would normally save thhose for night time.

I would talk to your Doctor and see how many calories they think you should be eating per day. Then put that in MFP and go off that.

I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 yrs ago. They tried me on birth control but it makes me crazy;) When I was on it I never gained weight, it just caused me to be too emotional. Good luck. If you have any questions about PCOS please feel free to ask. I had to deal with many PCOS issues.

Yesterday I walked 1 mile Today I walked/ran 1 mile Tonight was on the Elliptical for 1 mile. Total of 3 miles so far:smile: This is the most I have done since May.
