Thanks Hollis! My body has paid the price all weekend. I tweaked my lower back and left hip. Also bent my right thumb backwards while rolling during a grappling match. It’s been a rough weekend of recovery. But it’s worth it as long as I can heal fully.

I’m sure y’all’s DMs are super disturbing and sad. I can’t even imagine.
