  • MUAC Post Daily Post: Thursday (6/9) Track: Yes Calories: Yes - under Exercise: Yes (Dances with kids for 1hr. + 1.5hr. moderate rowing) Goals/Day/Comments: Morning review. Slept better but still not great. Put in some extra effort to try and work off yesterday’s choices and feel good about what I was able to achieve. 💧164…
  • @carenwilson1983 every time I see your updates it makes my stomach growl but maybe those Atkins shakes pack more of a punch than I realize. How do you find the energy? Also I’m curious because I bore quickly with simple meals, how do you stay motivated with that diet?
  • @IsMollyReallyHungry yep I’m new, thanks for the welcome.
  • @beckadel99 look at you go! Awesome @amykathleen2005 that’s some will power. Great job.
  • @bpmillen speaking of motivation, you’re crushing it! Phenomenal progress! Keep it up.
  • @DaffyGirl88 I would love to but by the looks of the landscape you don’t live anywhere near me (Colorado, US) Tried to add a pic of recent trip to Lake Powell (late March) but MFP upload keeps failing.
  • @KimR_1986 Way to go!!!!!! This is so awesome to see. Congratulations. Keep doing what you’re doing.
  • @KayHBE My heart is so happy to see you & your SO are taking this journey TOGETHER. Totally a difficult topic maybe the right amount of patience, empathy & encouragement. Perhaps you won’t even need to discuss, maybe he made the same observation and has already decided 🤷‍♀️
  • @emmaeatsbetter welcome! Not sure where the others went but happy to see someone else on here. Been starting to feel like this accountability thread is simply a diary entry to myself but I keep coming back and hoping to see the guys check in. Happy to be here for you anytime.
  • @_JeffreyD_ Hang in there. The temptation is hard at times. You deserve to treat yourself at times, it’s letting it become a regular habit where that turns into punishment. Consistency is key & your history shows that you can do this. Keep on keeping on.
  • Awe thanks @starrjulia8. I totally hear ya’ that dang cortisol! I’m hear to listen if you ever need to unpack. Congrats on that +1 drop! Go you!
  • Thanks for sharing, what a beautiful story. I have 3 kids and for me the post pregnancy weight was the easiest to shed every time. All I had to do was walk a couple miles a day & nurse but everybody’s body is different. I’m at the biggest hill I’ve ever had to climb (metaphorically) but I’m determined. The hardest part for…
  • I’m happy to hear the new job will have great health coverage. Hopefully your schedule frees up some too. Every little bit helps. I recently had to change therapists too so I get how that goes but I’m starting to dig the new one. CBT was a big help for me & I’ve gotten pretty good at managing my episodes/flashbacks during…
  • 6/06 - 171.5 (+.1), Sore but motivated. Kicking off challenge celebrating yesterday’s success - actively worked out for 23 min. & happy to report I FINALLY reached my H2O daily goal (128oz.)! “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” - Maya Angelou 6/07 - 171.9 (+.4 - too much…
  • 6/8 - 👀 Still thinking about you friends (@ajviray, @Chak_Chandra). Where my boys at? Report on yesterday: 🥗over, 💪 cross country hike & 50 min. moderate rowing💧170 oz. (over), ⛑ +40 (199) - working towards, 👟 11,457 - met. Spent the afternoon hiking with the kids and had hoped to call my exercise. Then I met up with an…

Took a nice afternoon hike with the kids and had hoped to call my exercise.…
  • Not yet @avatiach, trying to collect a decent amount of data and then I intend on it. I’ve never had a smart band before so seeing the results was the eye opener I needed.
  • Hang in there @LMK02020, you’ve got this. The rain has been messing with me bunches here too and it has me thinking. How can we support eachother when the weather interferes with our plan?
  • @goodhealthbestlife Thank you so much. It’s nice to know that others in this group can relate. @Lisamurfin welcome. And can I just say way to go!!!! Look at you knocking it out of the park already. You are already serving up inspiration. Happy Birthday.
  • Thanks @CamandJarvis! Sometimes you just gotta vent. You are a sweetheart & I value your words of encouragement. Congratulations on knocking all of the job stuff off your list before vacay.
  • Stick with it @Mrscanmore and don’t get discouraged. Accountability is key & you’ve got this! I’m freshly back on the wagon but I know at times your gut can play tricks on you & it may need to readjust. Water, water, water and small yet mighty snacks. Maybe re-check your BMR & adjust your input/goal (if necessary) to…
  • Awe thanks @musicsax. I live in the US and while our society becomes more accepting and open to mental health I have to say we still have a long ways to go. I am part of a support group but at times I feel it does more to trigger me than help. I appreciate the understanding, just needed to vent a little.
  • @DaffyGirl88 - They have a group forum on the new interface. Hoping you shared your comment there. My Apple steps & active workouts didn’t import correctly either. I noticed other people sharing similar info good for them to know what bugs need fixin’. P.S. Go you!
  • @quiltingjaine sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Stay strong, we need you.
  • @eaper64 - I’m proud of you kicking that habit. Keep up the good work, you’ve got this!
  • 6/7 - Hey guys @ajviray & @Chak_Chandra checking in…. Both of you are awfully silent all of the sudden so I hope all is well. Report on yesterday: 🥗Under, 💪 30 min. Light rowing + 30 min. Light strength training + 30 min. Hatha yoga,💧144oz. (over), ⛑ +15 (158) - working towards, 👟 6,269 - under. Had a terrible nights rest…

  • MUAC Post Daily Post: Tuesday (6/7) Track: Yes Calories: Yes - Under Exercise: Yes (30 min. Hatha Yoga, 30 min. Light Rowing & 30 min. Light strength training) Goals/Day/Comments: Had a terrible nights rest thanks to my PTSD (13 min. Deep/ 1 hr. 28 REM, 3.10 light, the rest of my 8.5hrs in bed registered as awake). My…
  • I was excited to see the new layout & am loving it. My Apple health data like steps & active exercise isn’t importing correctly now though (was before)….. also have seen app slow down at times and crashed once.
  • Appreciate the welcome. Like I mentioned I’ve never owned a fitness band before so I’m learning. When I had it on for half of day one my PAI report predicted my age at 17 years beyond and as out of shape as I am and sedentary I was I figure it was probably accurate. As I did my first workout I saw it calculate & slightly…
