True whatever I’m doing I stick with it , at the moment it’s T25 or be done loads of workouts like it like insanity and see it through to the end . If I’m at the gym I follow a 5 day a week program hitting each muscle group Do you get out of the city and hike , I live in Scotland plenty of hills and Munro’s to go explore…
