Day 48-11/09:195.8 – eeking downward…I had to get 3 biopsies done yesterday on suspected basal cell carcinoma areas on my chest and nose – my poor nose has already had Mohs surgery about 4 years ago, taking a chunk of cartilage from my ear to replace the chunk they took out of my nose, and this small red spot they biopsied…

Day 47-11/08: 196.0 – Back in the loss column for the week, let’s see if I can eek out a bit more by Friday! I’ve been staying consistent with my workouts & stretching, even if I keep them a little shorter when I have a busy work day. For me, that’s the key to keeping my head screwed on straight health-wise!
