After receiving some much needed advice and encouragement from a close friend I finally mastered the elliptical. Today was mainly cardio with a bit of chest.

Like other have said protein bars or powder but always check the sugar contents. A lot of protein bars add sugar to try and mask the powdery chalky taste. Also peanut butter is a good snack but it’s also high in calories.

I guess I’m not the only one who is tired of eggs. I’ve tried like every combination of eggs and I just can’t deal with them any longer. Also oatmeal makes me feel too full. Almost like I have a brunch in my stomach

Garmin and Samsung watches work great. I guess if you want a fairly barebones watch style device a Fitbit would great

I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older the more I sleep the worse I feel in the morning. I’ve been sleeping about 5hours per night and that’s been my go to

The only advice I can give to you is find a diet and exercise that is right for you. Don’t believe in hype diets or celeb diets. You need something that you know you will be able to stick with. Start slowly and build yourself up or you will crash out of your diet. Simply start by cutting 500 calories from your daily meals.…

At 5’9 136 I think your weight was fine. There’s a big noticeable difference between the 2. Personally I wouldn’t refute losing anymore weight. If anything just work out and tone your body but for 5’9 your weight was good
