Definitely look into glycemic index. Low GI foods can still be full of carbs but not drastically increase your blood glucose. The answer isn't just cut carbs. Understand too that we generally Underestimate calorie consumption of our meals and overestimate calories burned during exercise. This can cause a recipe for disaster if we are not realistic. Unfortunate that a lot of people just turn to medication to solve a problem. Then it creates another problem and the cycle continues. While it does have it place, these companies are taking advantage. The newer app mail order pharmacies make a lot of $$$. They don't offer insurance so their processing costs are lower.…

I tried it. My problem was I had so much desire at the end of a fasting period and ate all a days calories in that evening meal (and sometimes then some).
