  • Hi BestofMe23. That is an interesting approach. What is the idea behind really low cal count? Are you highly active or more sedentary? I work in an office so I don't get to work out as much, but I'm trying to stick to at least 3 days a week of strength training. Wishing you the best on your fitness journey!
