Im in but I'm not weighing. Not now anyways. I get easily discouraged by the scale. I plan to start weighing when I see results in the way my clothes fit. So, what I will do is post the weight I hope to be at around then. My goal will be 145lbs. My ultimate goal is 100 to 105. Im only 4'10.

Hello. Thank you so much for your help and support. I was wondering if I can lose weight by playing Just Dance 3? I have cut my calories already. I am 4"10 and need to lose around 65lbs.

I am on L2 Day 2. I was wondering do any of you take a day to rest or do you go strait through. I also walk at least 2 miles a day and I sometimes fit in Just Dance 3. I feel like I get wiped out. I figured I would do 30ds 2 days strait and rest a day then back to 2 days strait etc. or should I just keep going with out…

Or is it just a plateu that I have hit? I don't want to starve myself. I want to loose weight the healthy way and not so fast that it will all come back. I am so confused. Oh and the first time I lost weight I was also taking green tea vitamins and acai berry vitamins. Maybe that had alot to do with the weight loss then?

I would also love to know if the 1200 calorie is accurate. It seems like I am struggling to loose weight at 1200 cal. The last time I lost weight was last year (before my 3rd pregnancy) and I ate probally under 1000 and lost close to 30lbs in 2 1/2 months or less.

Hi. I am 4"10. My mini goal is to be at or around 148lbs by the end of May. My main goal is 100-110lbs and once I get to that I might change it to 95-100lbs.
