I have a great taco truck that is just over 2 miles from the house, I am glad to read that I am not the only one who sometimes walks for a food reward! :-)

Yep, looks like a bundle-up-to-walk kinda weekend here in the Pacific Northwest! To keep things moving along briskly, I thought I would stick with the European Power Metal for music choice! Visions of Atlantis On another front, I stepped on the scales for the first time this year and I have already lost 2.4 pounds since…

Ok, when I am definitely in a particular mood, I resort to a little Viking Metal........ Peyton Parrish @renae149 I feel you, I am not looking forward to the weekend and getting in steps. The temperature is supposed to duck under freezing about mid-day tomorrow and spend the weekend in the high teens and low 20s. Mixed…

Ok, I guess I am going to have to go to my eclectic side for tomorrow! :-)

Ok, I will tread lightly on the classic country! :-) Like I said, I know the words to many of their songs, just not on the playlist anymore. I have the same issue with walking, as a teacher, sometimes we have more active days than others, I found a 10-minute walk during lunch and a 15-minute walk during my planning period…

Funny thing! Baby Metal just toured with Sabaton through Central Europe last year! Gimme Chocolate is one of my favorites...... but I imagine getting in good enough shape to RUN to it! As for D&D been playing since '78 and still do but switched over the Pathfinder about 10 years ago. Trying to get a new group organized…

@HollyStormCloud I just created the Daily Steps Discussion! Crashed last night and got up early today to get it done. Men at Work! Good choice for music. I have music from 80s myself, but about a decade ago a buddy turned me on to European Power/Synth Metal and I have loved finding all sorts of new bands. Here try SABATON…

@HollyStormCloud Well, that is where my heart and football loyalties lay. Born in Winter Haven and been a Buccs fan since '76!

Day 6: Saturday...... well, this should be interesting. How does a "Honey Do" list day compare to a work day. Lots of errands to do, we shall see what the steps look like this afternoon

Day 5: Good Friday morning from the Pacific Northwest. Last day of the week, but as normal, my weekend has already stacked up. From taking my son to get his eyes checked to going to my parents to working my second job, my weekend is full. At least I know I will not be bored!

@HollyStormCloud, Yep. He believes that there is no way for a schist layer to be flat with sandstone layered on top that could be millions of years apart. Instead, he suggests that the schist was there, then all the sand and materials that form the Grand Canyon were deposited by "The Flood" then another smaller flood…

Day 4: WOW. Ok, this is definitely reaching Twilight Zone levels of weird! At least we know we have a common topic to discuss! :-) Has either of you seen the guy online using the Grand Canyon as evidence that the Earth is only 6000 years old? On another note, increasing ones' steps by 2-3K per day has taken its first turn.…
