THANK FOR POSTING THIS QUESTION! i have been wondering this too for the past few days!

Great job! Once you get down to a lower weight, it takes alot more work to make a difference right? Well I see it! Curious to know - how did you do your hybrid? Do both workouts every day??

Thanks everyone! I've been doing mostly cardio but just added strength training to my schedule. I do want that toned and defined look so I think it's important that I monitor my body fat...even if I am just a girl :-) I don't have a trainer so I guess I'll either have to try the calipers myself or ask my doc to do it!

YES! So frustrating. you just gotta keep up the good work - the scale will catch up eventually. i stopped weighing myself so often so i wouldn't lose my motivation.

To check the calibration of a digital scale, I put one of my 20 lb weights on it to see what the scale is actually reading. [/quote] great idea! why didn't i think of that?? so simple :)

woo hoo! yeah can definitely see the change in your midsection...and your face!

Ugh. I feel your pain. I am a recovering Diet Coke addict. You think bc it has zero calories it's good for you. Not. I don't think there's anything wrong with indulging with a soda now and then, but it's not something that should be part of your daily diet. I don't know if I can attribute my weight loss to cutting out diet…
