I was just a bridesmaid for my college room mates wedding, And I made that mistake. It was a great party, but that was a rough night trying to sleep. Have fun and dance! It'll at least burn some of those calories.

Thanks ladies! I've been encouraging my mom to go on walks with me. She's a below the knee amputee, and is kind of caught in a catch 22. She needs to lose weight so the prosthetic works better, but it's hard for her to exercise with the prosthetic the way it is. Hopefully the eating habits will help.

I find the more water I drink, the less sore I am the next day. I've also heard some people say eating protein after a work out helps with the soreness. I haven't tried that yet. If you're legs are wobbly, don't run. You could always do less intense cardio, like a light jog or shorter workout. Just listen to your body. If…

This souns like so much fun! I work at a haunted house, so I don't usually get to dress up for halloween. Lately, my job has me being a possessed girl with a chelsea smile. I do intend to make some costumes for upcoming comic cons/movie openings. Because I'm a big giant nerd. I would love to see everyone's pictures!

I agree with everyone else. Double check with your local ordinances, but as long as your dog is contained in your yard, it would be their responsibility for not having control of their dog.

I"m just starting crossfit (today will actually be my first class) and would love the extra motivation. I have about 30 lbs to lose, though that's negotiable if I add muscle, as long as I'm losing inches.
