Boiled egg and a smoothie. Smoothie is made with 1 cup of kefir, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 banana, and 2 packets of stevia. Have this almost everyday.

This happened to me right after holloween. I ate quite a few milk duds and woke up in the moring in agony. Haven't had any desire to eat candy since.

I mix a can of drained tuna with 1 cup of brown rice, 1 diced carrot, 1 diced plum tomato, diced onion, and half of a green pepper diced. Than I pour a little evoo and some red wine vinegar over this and mix well. Kind of a rice salad.
