I used to LOVE that song, on my way to iTunes to grab it!

Your insurance should totally cover the surgery to have the excess skin removed! There really is nothing else you can do (at least that's what I learned when I was pre-bariatric) as the friction and moisture coupled with your body temperature make it nearly impossible for that to heal on it's on long-term... Sorry that's…

Never, I don't judge people by anything other then the way they interact with the community and the demeanor they use when doing so.
-
Come on you don't really want to give up, you are just feeling what all of us feel from time to time which is tired and discouraged. That will pass!

CJ that is some serious motivation for you to do the right thing. Take it one day at a time and if that't too hard one meal at a time, one exercise at a time etc. I'm doing what I'm doing so I can skip the diabetes that runs rampant in my fam, I'm pulling for you!

Maybe it's a Boston area thing?

See Trey I new you would be cool like that!

Oh wow a Women with them, I have to tell you that would be a deal breaker for me no matter how beautiful and compatible she was with me. It's like how can you not think about all the little kids seeing that and then the horrified parent's trying to explain!

That's really light for a 5"8 man bro you should see if you can get a handle on that. I think you should be at least 150-160 if not a little more. I'm 5"8 too and my goal is 185 for my body type which is pretty thick... Good luck!

10mg of Celaxa a day baby and lead a very lucky and laid back life...
-
That's such awesome progress!

I totally eat Pizza with a fork!

You are so right and my nutritionist is part of my surgical team and has a crazy pedigree so if she tells me it's ok to eat a few ounces of watermelon with my meals then I trust her completely. Especially since it has such a great effect on me. It's probably the same premise as eating soup which is mostly liquid...
-
Take a lot of courage to get that honest and real, stay on your path and you are going to be awesome...
-
Technically it's been about a two-year journey including my surgery...
-
Thanks everyone, I'm celebrating at the MUTHA EFFIN GYM! Oh and excuse my Fred Flintstone feet lol
-
Isn't that awesome, I had to go buy new jeans last week and they were a size I haven't fit in about 20 years! Good for you, good times enjoy!
-
Hey you know what I think you are so awesome for putting in work for your man who is coming home soon. I'm sure he will be stoked at your progress but trust me I bet he would be stoked just the same to get back to such a beautiful woman... Keep it up!

I don't think I have any of that driving me, for me it's more about I used to be in such amazing shape that I want to just get back for my wife and I. When we met I was a fitness freak and I really let myself go after we got married, she was awesome about it and never made me feel less-attractive or bad about my body so…

Your body composition might be adjusting as well, less fat more muscle?
-
I would consider it for sure, but would really have to see the research on how it impacts the body... My oldest has family tracking on her phone for sure...
-
WOW!
-
Under 1,200 calories is totally doable but it's rough. I would say you should make sure you eat back any calories you burn exercising for sure... Make sure there are at least 80g of protein in there for sure so your muscle has what it needs.

I clean my ears with Q-Tips at least 3x a day!
-
Best thing: client signed off on the final designs so we can go to production Worst thing you know there really isn't anything to speak of fortunately
-
I told my nutritionist and she didn't seem to think it was a problem so I go with it, but that's a great point...

It saddens me that people need food stamps and I hope that if you need them that they last as much as they need to. Nobody deserves to be worried about food
