I might eat about half of mine back a few times a week but most of the time I do not eat them back. I only burn anywhere from 300 to 600 calories per day though. It is working for me. Now as I get closer to my goal weight I may have to change it up but for now, its working. I have about 20 more pounds to lose. Personally I…

circuittraining is what I was told.

I have both the 30 day shred and the last chance. The last chance workout is a good workout that breaks the workout up into circuit training. If i remember right the first part is 35 minutes then there is 2 10 minutes segments that you can add on later. I have done both of these and like them both. :)

You do not HAVE to eat 1200 caloreis a day. I dont and i'm not in starvation mode. Eat when you feel hungry but ry and eat 4 or 5 times a day. If you eat just to eat, isnt that how we all got over weight to being with?

one square of good dark chocolate!!

it depends on your body. A few years ago (well actually like 8 or 9) a girlfirend and I started South Beach Diet (low Carb) and she couldnt handle it and didnt lose any weight. I on the other hand lost a lot of weight. She went for low fat diet and lost alot of weight.

You are going to get different opinions from people. Personally I try and eat 1200 calories a day (some days I'm just not hungry enough to do that) and I do not eat my exercise calories back. I'm not hungry, which means I'm not straving myself. You need to listen to your body. The other night for the first time ever I was…

For me I gained at the begining cause I was eating back my exercise calories................went to the doc and had some tests done just to make sure everyhting else was okay. He told me to drop to 1000 calories a day, keep exerciseing for two weeks. Why you ask? I'm over 40 (42) and needed to jump start my metablism. Then…

I logged all of 30 day Shred under circuit training. Thats what I was told to do on here. The best way to monitor your personal calorie burn is to buy one of those things (Cant remember the name) tha you wear while working out.
-
didnt see anything about "inside out" . It just came out a few weeks ago.

Dark chocoalte is my weakness....................................lucky I cna buy little squares when need be.....once every two weeks or so,lol

Thanks everyone!! Drinking water will be no problem......that is what Ive been drinking when we go out to eat anyway....
-
I know the cup I drink out of at home is 16 ounces and I think the one at work is only 12......I will search for a bottle to leave at work so I'm more accurate on my ounces.
-
thanks everyone!!!

It doesn't take alot of space. I did it in our bedroom. I loved the Shred!!
-
I'm with you, I hardly every get over 1000 calories a day and net calories are way low after working out but I'm not hungry.....so I don't eat. Now after about 2 months I've been hungrier more often but still staying below 1200 calories and below 800 net if not lower. I'm losing weight and inches.
-
I've been told to log it as circuit training for 27 minutes.
-
guess I should of said that I'm not worried about calorie amount but more carbs and sodium.....
