For the purpose of this tool to be accurate you need to weigh yourself weekly I am and take meaurements weekly at the same time too you'll be able to get more info from it if you don't see results you can throw a question out there and someone might view you diary and you can get an answer quickly.

Give yourself some more time nobody loses weight constantly at first you probably just lost alot of water retention. You are eating fine and you should be netting 500 calories after exercising.

Mine is ice cream even though very occasinally i'll try it and it will be a teaspoon I don't feel good the next day everytime i eat it. The only one I can tolerate is McDonalds soft serve on a cone maybe once every few months.

don't fret over that. I don't worry about it I figured your food already contains water so some of the eight glasses is in that and if you're drinking other liquids like friut jiuce gatorade water is in that too so I end up drinking maybe 2-3 actual glasses of water and it works. I don't think I'm dehydrated or thirsty.
