If you look at the bottom of your food diary it tells you the number of calories you have actually eaten and then then the amount earned from exercise and gives you the net.

Unless your hair is looking thin I wouldn't be concerned and if you are eating back exercise calories you are getting plenty. It's more likely to be a hormone change. I shed more than my dog all the time.

Also, it didn't hurt AT ALL to have it put in. I felt a little dizzy because I was so nervous, but neither removing the old one or putting in the new one hurt in the slightest.

I have my second Mirena (after removing it to conceive #2) and I would never consider anything else. It's easy, no thought goes into it and it's super effective. My personal favorite part? No period. I haven't had on in ages except while I was TTC and I love loooove it!

I'm 5' 7" and a halfish and I am thinking 160 at the lowest. I have JLo's booty and I don't want to be super skinny. I was 160 in HS and I looked awesome.

For instance- Ruby Tuesday grilled chicken salad has 701 calories. Ruby Tuesday Petite sirloin and white cheddar mashed potatoes- 369 calories. Which one would you rather eat?

Most chain restaurants actually have nutrition info online. My favorite thing to get is always a sirloin and baked potato. Surprisingly low in calories but you don't feel like you are being deprived. Just watch the free bread and high fat salad dressings!

There is no evidence that any of these do anything other than cost you money. If you really want to spend money get something more productive like a new workout dvd or a medicine ball. Don't let the spandex skinnys suck you in!!! LOL : )

I'm the same height, and I like a little junk in my trunk, too! I say go with what's comfortable. I was 160 when I was 18 and I was by no means a stick but it's all about your frame. I say aim for the 180. If you get there and decide to keep going you can, but if you are happy there then stay. Either way you be HOT!

I'm from Indiana and I live in Atlanta right now which is pretty nice. I really want to move to Colorado, which is the most beautiful place on earth. It depends on the kind of thing you are into. I can't handle heat, so GA isn't for me, though I think Atl is a cool city.
