A couple of summers ago I went biking for about 8 miles a day almost every day, and I lost 10-15 lbs in a couple of months....but then again I *think* I ate way too little....*shrug* But it really is a fun and effective exercise, you should see/feel results within weeks if you bike a lot! :D

I've heard that weekly caloric totals are more important that daily totals.....I like that way since if you only eat, say, 1200 calories one day and your daily goal is 1500 calories per day like mine, then you have an extra 300 calories for the next day. I drink it strong, plain and black. If you add all the sweet, whipped cream, chocolate, whatever sugar crap......well, then apparently you don't like coffee; you just like sugar.
