I've just accepted that it's a part of weight loss.. when I lost weight before I had my third child my boobs went from a D cup to a B *sigh*

I only "count" it on Monday mornings, but I usually weigh myself on Thursday or Friday too.

Got my 5lbs off, and still 2 weeks left!

Self-control- really hard for me not to snack on junk food when my man is eating it non-stop..
-
Eat when you feel you need it, just choose healthy options instead of junk!
-
My goals are to stay under with my calories everyday, and to workout 6x this week.

When my clothes aren't wearable anymore- but I shop clearance/thrift stores, and will until I reach my goal weight.
-
Tomorrow is weigh-in, really hope I've got the 5lbs off!

I would definitely check out Fashion Bug, they have a huge plus size selection of really nice clothing.

Yep, I log it as circuit training as well.

I would guess jealousy as well. About halfway through my weight loss journey before my daughter came along I reached about the same size as one of my friends, as soon as she realized I weighed less than her, she was saying I was too thin and should put weight back on. Just nod and smile..

Pick a hobby and throw yourself into it when you get those cravings, or better yet, exercise! Diverting myself has worked better than anything for me.

I had the same problem. When I lost weight before I got pregnant with my third baby, I weighed 127lbs (at 5'6") and I STILL felt fat, looking back at pictures now I'm like 'those people weren't lying, I was actually thin!'

Chocolate! And ice cream..

I'm from NB! :)

I'm in! I've already lost 3lbs, so 2 more is definitely do-able!

I picked my goal weight because it was the weight I had reached 2 months before I found out I was pregnant with my third child, and I was very happy with my body at that point.
