Why chose? do both, If I were purchasing one I would choose elliptical, better on the joints in the long run and for me it burns more calories than treadmill and that is with me using my own HRM. Its all preference really! Good luck :wink:

Im constantly cold.. at times i cant control the shivers I put my head under the blankets. My apt is 69 degrees.. I shouldnt be freezing lol. At work i sit with the portable heater on me! I havent lost that much yet but I also attribute it to the water intake. I was always the HOT person, who always said, It is HOT In here…

The jumping max are the worst without a good sportsbra. I have an ENELL bra, see it on oprah years ago and so far its been the best for my dd's . Don't remember the price though. However Im going to look up that Shock Absorber bra....previously posted.

i lost 4 pounds the first week and nothing else since and Im on week 4... I know how you feel.... I have also stepped up my exercise. My muscles hurt everyday lol. I'm hoping one day i just get on the scale and see a huge loss.. but as for now Im just going with how my clothes feel and they feel bit loser.. I hate scales.

I am a numbers person.. bc I need that scale to move... however I do feel much better knowign that my clothes feel loser !!!!

I have her 3 mile dvd and have been doing it for weeks. This morning I used my heart rate monitor to see how many calories i burned. So for 3 miles I burned 244 calories. I guess everyone is different though, I mean age, and weight are also factors. but not bad for a quick morning work out.
