Awesome! I would have said 19-21 or thereabouts. Younger than me, definitely.

I was going to list picking his nose, farting in bed and being messy, but I actually find those quite funny! He is pretty awesome, to be fair. I think my only issue is that he doesn't "do" emotions very easily - I'm a dramatically emotional person and he looks at me with blank eyes sometimes - he does stable me out though.…

The lack of pasta, rice and bread could be contributory to why you are constipated. You don't have to eat the white versions - wholewheat is packed full of fibre and is slow release carbohydrates, meaning you'll feel the energy for longer. I can't see your diary, so it may be worth putting down what you eat in an average…

I wrote a long reply and then realised I'd sped read the OP and was being a bit abrupt. Personally, I never comment on what others eat, unless they've asked a question - I'm at the age now where my friends are aware of the merits of healthy eating versus the drawbacks of bad diet - it's hard to avoid from the media. My…

Runtastic has been perfect for me - I paid for the Pro version as it was on sale and the only problem I've had with it is that occasionally (like twice in three months) it inaccurately calculates speed - once it had me down as 201mph, but I think they've resolved a few glitches now. I really only use it for reference…

Star Trek is full of them ;) Send me a message if you need any help!

I would definitely just have full blood works done by the doctor. Just in CASE. Sometimes our bodies have a hard time adjusting to new things, or it could be a physical thing. Normally I discount that, especially considering the amount of exercise you do - but as Spock says "If you eliminate the impossible, whatever…

It's pretty hard to gauge your calorie/macro intake as there are days not filled in, and what I assume are days that are not entirely filled in. If they ARE fully completed, then you are eating WAY too little calories for the exercise you are doing. You do know that MFP puts your "intake" calories at the start of the day…

Cheese and crisps - I could quite easily polish off a sharing bag of Kettle Chips without thinking about it.

My gym is pretty intimidating and the time I can go is normally filled by guys who spend more time taking photos of themselves than actually lifting. I'm obese, scruffy looking (I refuse to dress up for the gym) and I don't give a toss. I have every right to be there lifting - sure, I'm on 4KG free weights and Jack the Lad…

Not sure if that was for me but I'm 28! And you, lady, have the most gorgeous smile - well done on your incredible weight loss!

23!

Personally, I find it hard to have people actively encouraging disordered eating in my timeline. Not because I am against it, but because I suffered from it for years. I know I have weak moments where I think "If I restrict that...." and "Must exercise more today" (even though I'm whacked) - I know that seeing…

This - 100%. OP - so when someone questioned you about your weight, or you spoke about it, did you admit you were lazy? Or were you guilty of spewing the same BS you seem to be a bit critical about? I was fat because I ate too much and did too little exercise. Was I lazy? Yes. I was lazy because I suffer from a severe…

Girl, you are smokin'! Looking fabulous - congratulations x

You're on the right track with chicken and eggs. Other options are fish (tuna, salmon - good for other things like omega 3 if oily), tofu and soya products, lean pork/veal/beef, lentils and seeds. Cheese is very good; feta cheese is a favourite but higher in sodium. There are good websites out there that give density of…

I would go with the HRM, purely because MFP doesn't account for load, elevation or weather (forward wind = harder to run/walk/cycle) - it's a generic calculation based on basic statistics. HRM are not fool proof, which is why quite a few people do not eat them ALL back (I eat some depending on day) and can be a bit generic…

EDIT: Answered above.

Oh, can I add another two here please? And...
