Stress screws with your cortosol which in tuns screws with your insulin so it's a catch-22. It's easy to say "take a few deep breaths" but not so easy to follow the advice. Keep this thought in your mind though - for your health, you need to keep your stress levels down, Insulin resistant and diabetic people cannot cope…

Eating what I want and compensating with exercise! I plan on doing the exercise before I eat though, and at least trying to plan the meal / portions. Drunk and stuffed full is the ideal situation to say "I'll do it tomorrow"...:laugh:

Depilatory Cream on my toothbrush instead of toothpaste. Did NOT taste good! Also, moisturiser in my hair instead of shampoo. That took AGES to rinse out!

My eyes change colour depending on my mood. Not good for poker, but my husband at least knows when I'm "in the mood", when to leave me alone, and when to run for the hills!!

Sounds like Sleep Apnea. Get it checked, as oxygen deprivation can have bad effects on your health. GP can refer you to a sleep clinic if he agrees with your suspicions.

My husband started 30ds with me and hates/loves it. Gillian is punishing, no matter what parts you have lol! Husband lost serious inches and has developed a taste for Gillian, since then has aquired all her other stuff. Currently working oh abs.

Precious is a common name in Africa.. I think this is the thing - the world is getting smaller and the lines between cultures are getting blurred, so names that one culture finds pretentious may be really normal in another culture. Parents need to man up though, and consider how that child will be treated at school etc.…
