lol! i very rarely eat dead animals, especially red meat. i don't like it when vegetarians push me to NOT EAT MEAT and I don't like it when my own mother pushes me TO EAT MORE MEAT. i don't like it, but don't say anything because neither opinion will change.. can't we all just get along. "/

i'm just under 5'4" .. i'm perfectly healthy MAINTAINING at netting 1840 calories. ..i think i'd still be hungry at 1500 . thank you. netting only 1200 calories so consistently is just insane !

we burn just a bit more calories when it's cold outside because our bodies work a little more to adjust to the external temperatures. working out in a hot room makes you lose water so, as soon as you drink water/eat after your HOT workout, you'll gain that weight back

you've most likely sped up your metabolism because many only stop losing weight when on a low calorie intake diet (body just clings to the weight after a certain point because it is begging for proper nutrition)

omg.. i totally read "fart" hahahahahahha .. :laugh: anyway, even then, there are plenty of women with low bf% that still have that excess armpit fat (not "fart" lol) hanging around. it can be removed, but recommended not to because it can mess with the breast tissue. :ohwell:

could mean your body needs more oxygen. i know you said you do breathe, but practice breathing better. practicing yoga will solve the problem.

I play sudoku, words with friends and other brain teasers right before i fall asleep at night. edit: worst of all-- i spend every waking moment studying/doing homework (Math & Engineering even as i'm eating)

my usual is: spring mix spinach raw walnuts raw almonds with these as options: dried cranberries raisins feta cheese fresh blueberries

the only "good" carbs are veggies--complex carbs simple carbs are the ones you want to stay away from, which is pretty much everything else (including fruit) BUT i do encourage eating fruit instead of that rice cake-- has A LOT more nutritional value than the cake
