you are wrong. MFP is set so you can eat your calories back and still have a deficit. so, if you don't eat your calories back, you are creating an even bigger (possibly unhealthy) deficit

i know how this feels.. i love the way i feel, but it made me realize that i didn't want people who genuinely care for me staring at me thinking there is something wrong with me.. so i added two pounds (which have made all the difference) and i still feel great :smile:
