Hey there! Sorry I didn't do this last night - went out for dinner (so I am not under my fat, unfortunately). BUT: I did complete the exercise challenge (woohoo!) AND got in 30 minutes of volleyball yesterday afternoon! (Also, thanks for letting me in to the LTL Challenge!!) :)

I used to never eat breakfast on weekdays, but I started out small (toast, fruit, etc.) and kept adding a bit more. It's only been about 2.5 weeks and now I'm starving by 8AM.

I used to tensor bandage my shins when I played volleyball, but that was years ago. I've heard sitting with your toes pointed and spelling out the alphabet with your feet is supposed to help.

YES ALL THE WAY. I just started last week but want to go every single day. I work up a sweat within 5 minutes and feel soooo good after. It's tons of fun too, which makes it even better (the fact that I was mad when I was unable to go means it's GOTTA be good!).

Tuna, Calorie-Wise Miracle Whip, thinly sliced green onions, and black pepper. Toast a triangular ciabatta bun, put a leaf of garden lettuce on each half and make two small open-faced sammiches :)
