Try changing it up a little and see what happens. Add some upper body strength training, pop in a different DVD, and eat 1300 calories. Then the next day focus on your abs and eat 1100 calories. Every "body" is different. You'll find what works for you, hang in there.

Hi, I just joined this group & I like it already:) I'm traveling a lot this coming week and I'm freaked out about eating out so my goal is to try and be healthy when I'm out to eat, to try and actually eat and to not starve myself all day before the event or all day the next day. I can use all the support I can get.

I've done a bunch of bikini stuff and been a photo double for several actresses but my day job is as a high school teacher so I'd have to say "no". I think I have a body that could be airbrushed enough to pull it off so I'm happy with that, I don't need the world to see it in order to prove it.
