your'e diary isn't bad for the day but try to stay away from proccessed food eat fresh, try to increase your fiber, but to that you need lots of water :smile:

i can feel your pain. i am not able to sleep a full night anymore unless i drink myself to sleep. i do use melatonin, but because of all the water i drink i still wake up 3-4 times a night , but i change less sheets with all that water. friend me if you would like:smile:

it depends on how much your fiber increased per day, mine took a dramatic jump when I tried to reach 30 grams from 17 and was bloated and very gassy for a few days, but after a few days at that amount and a little gas-x all is fine now and sometimes I reach 50 grams of fiber--no problem

there is know simple answer you are in the same boat as a smoker or acoholic, and there is no fast recovery. from your picture you are not over weight and i understand that you think you are, i can relate because i used to be a heavy drinker and sometimes fall off for a day or 2, it is not easy and i don't feel totally…

i think cheat meals or days or good, but in your case maybe you need to adjust exactly how much you cheat, set limits, but do indulge, it jump starts your metabolism so it doesn't get lazy

try eating some of your exercise calorie back because your body is needing more energy otherwise it will store extra fat to protect itself

you need to eat breakfast for 1, space snacks out through the day and have a small but decent lunch. Push your fiber intake and lots of water, eating balance calories all day long instead of trying to get them at the end of the day, especially when u know u r going to exercise and on those days drink even more water

Congrats on your success, Ican feel your pain as I also am fighting high cholesterol, my last one at the beginning of Jan---good timing heh--- was ok but not as good as my one in Nov or as good as yours.I could use your help if you would I will send you a friend request. thanks:smile:
