I want to be aggressive and lose 30-35 lbs in 90 days. That's at least 2+ lbs per week. Let's goooo! Going to work on my physical cleansing, spritual and mental at the same time. A REBIRTH!! :glasses:

My goal is to try to workout 5-6 days per week. Eat more veggies and fruits, increase my water intake. No eating out, no white breads, watching my sodium and artifical sugars. I will try to eat more organic foods and drinks. I have done it before and loss 10-15 lbs in a little less than a month. Its tough but can be done.
