Whoa. I can drink about 2-4 a day though. Drink it mostly at work. I am trying to cut back myself, can be habit forming.

The most I had lost was 45 lbs. Went from 320 to 275 then gained back about 13 pounds. Trying to keep that daily focus. One day at a time.

I wish I liked Pumpkin. I love the sweet potato this time of the year.

I agree, unrealistic. My wife said to me the other day you can lose 7-10 lbs in one week with no problem. I was like "for real!" lol. She had been watching too much Biggest Loser. Ha ha!

I often drink Mc Donalds or Chick fil a. I like Starbucks but rather pricey.

I love this post man! Very inspiring. I was 320lbs when I started here and Now down to 283! My goal weight is 220 lbs (100 lbs). My Ultimate goal is to get back to my college weight in the 195-200 lbs range. I have been going at it now since July 2011.
