I eat multiple small meals throughout the day and drink plenty of water. If I miss a meal, my body can tell. At first the body has to adjust but it gets better with time.

I am 5'10" and my ultimate goal is 200 or 195. Any less than that and I would look like I am sick or something. My body carries weight differently.
