Zumba 2 is brilliant and very easy to use. Who cares if you get the moves wrong, as long as your grooving away. It even tells you the calories burned per dance x

I recommend you go to a few different classes, to find the one that suits you best. I love it and burn even more calories from laughter when I mess up :laugh:

Hi Everyone Ive never been as Im worried Im not tall enough for the bikes, being 4 ft 11, I was concerned I couldnt lower the saddle enough????? People hate going on gym equipment after me, as they have to megga adjust everything lol x

28 llbs for me, my problem is too may takeaways and not enough exercise. Plus getting bored easily. So hoping MFP will help with that xxx
