Hey molly, people say zig zagging is good-eating less one day and lots the next. Also changing yr exercise routine works well. Apparently people get stuck because their body gets used to the exercise and eating routine. I hope this helps

Re. the Fortnight issue, I have just googled and found that in North America it's generally only communities like the Amish who say "fortnight" while everyone else says "bimonthly", which is a bit naff if you ask me. So it must sound a bit twee or something!

It's an interesting concept but I get bad vibes from the link you posted, plus I personally could not fast for a whole day; I would be so grumpy and I also get the dizzies and lack concentration if I don't eat regularly. Good luck if it works for you though.

Amber, I like the NEWT challenge, I'm going to start playing again. I'd suggest an excercise one but I feel that since I've been so lax with everything someone else should have a go. I weighed in at the same weight today and have 155 house points for the week.
