IT's turning out to be another failure of a week. Why do I feel so naff? I would like to take my skin off and whack it on a wall. Week's (lame *kitten*) stats so far: No newts or owls yet unless peanuts count as a clean food. In which case I get one newt. 75 house points.

why don't you mix it up a bit, e.g. do one day on the easier setting, the next day on the harder one? Or are there other programmes such as "rolling hills" or "intervals" which you could do as this would allow you some chance to recover in between some more serious workout. the cheapest one. At home I have asda brand olive spread and at work I have a kerrygold one with honey because it was on offer. it's very nice but I have no idea what the fat and sugars are; I don't log things like spreads because it's too fiddly and i don't think i eat enough of it for it to make such a difference.
