Yes, same with me; but usually 2 fruit per day and regular healthy food will max out the 40 grams of sugar recommended. This happens even before cookies, cake, ice cream etc. can be factored in. I am not in the US but my pantry says otherwise... LOL... Kashi Go Lean instant hot cereals are good. They are lower in sugar that Quaker and yummy too. Plug it into the food thingy here and you can take a look at the variety and nutritional values.

I'm 36 D and always wear 2 sports bras. In fact before the weight gain I was 36 C and wore two back then as well! Usually Champion or Saucony.

Hi, I just got here a week ago and while I have worked out the food and excercise logging in, have not yet done anything else.
