For me, Honestly I think it is my age. I am 24, I know it's not OLD, But certainly not getting any younger. 4 years ago I didn't care what crap I put in my body... Now for my health I care alot, also my children, now 3 and 4 years old need a Mumma in their life for a very long time :heart:

I don't know which one I have but I have one that does quite a lot of kick boxing I think. I used it a few times and enjoyed it.. Then i must have got lazy! I need to find it again :)

I bought Wii yesterday and so far I LOVE IT! I bought it with a Wii fit package which comes with the CDs. It works out everything for you, weight, BMI, the minutes of exercise that was done and the calories burned.
