Oh and your diary SHOULD be public. Otherwise you are not committed to losing weight and you should not be on here. You have to have a HRM as these are the only way to correctly count your calories lost. They are definitely 100% correct.

This. and you should not eat your exercise calories back as you will sabotage yourself and get fatter. Even though the site already gives you a deficit to lose weight, you need to create more deficit by burning all of your calories.

I do when I feel like it. I am eating to maintain this for life not just a quick fix. If you plan to eat like that forever then fine. If not then long term you probably won't as successful as you will always be relying on eating a small amount each day.

I am a size UK top size 10 or 12 (leaning towards a 10). That is a US 6 and 8. On my bottom half I can get into some UK 14 s but I lean more towards a 16. US 10 and 12. I have a very small waist compared to my bottom half. I never wear trousers so I am not sure about that. I weight about 166 and I am 5ft 6.

5ft 6 166 pounds. UK size 10-12 (mainly a 10), US 8. Size 16, US 12 bottom half, although I do get into some 14s, US 10. I however do not wear trousers as my shape just does not suit them. i did however buy a size 14 playsuit the other day so I am slowly starting to catch up size wise.

A pound? You can't gage our weight each day. Your weight can majorly fluctuate. You will not weigh the same everyday. Don't panic.

Haha, with you there. Most of my friends are male and while I love my girl pals, the boys are just so much easier going. Saying that, they can irritate me as well as they barely ever reply to texts and everything is sometimes just too laid back.

Totally could be up for this i have been on a low carb (under 150) an a high protein for at least 6 months now (over 100 protein). i also cut my sodium down to 1500 or under and I barely drink alcohol. The effects have been great!

Uhh, the point of being here is to lose weight, not to have idiots telling you what to do, to make themselves feel better. How do you kowo that the y will not be sucessful or are missing out? I managed to lose over 100 pounds without ever once countinga calorie.
