wow, he weighs the same as my 5ft 7 man and he is really muscled. My mate is about that weight at 6ft1 and he does not look that skinny to me, although I have thing about skinny men. he used to weigh less too. His aim is about 12 stone and he is finding that a struggle. He is light but not like majorly.

I've always just done breakfast, lunch, dinner at no set times. I eat snacks when I'm hungry . I have lost about 8 stone this way so it works for me. I am not great on routine so I try not to bother with them. Different things will work for you x

But some ideas are not necessarly healthy or correct. At 86 pounds you are talking about probably going into hospital.

I feel the same as this. I am 176 at the minute and i have a size 10 waist but a size 16-18 hips. There is no way I could get down to something like 145 without looking ill. I have major clavicles already. Aiming to reduce my hips but if I start looking to thin on top I will have to stop.

Remember to lose one pound you have to have a deficit of around 3500 cals, so if you were down one day then you can make it up another day and vice versa.
