Maybe try the 30 day shred. it is only 27 mins long. Spinng is a form of cycling exercise done in a class. It is quite hard at first.

I have a 47 hip but a 28 inch waist. Crazy difference. You can't spot reduce sadly am doing the 30 day shred. Not sure how long I have been on level 3, maybe 6-7 days but it is getting so much easier. Almost too easy now but I am still majorly breaking a sweat. I feel great and I have a 28 inch waist! I cannot believe it. I will be doing day 21 today.

I don't bother, It is only usually a pound or two and I don't want to start getting all OCD about losing this weight loss. I only record my weight about every 2 weeks anyway. By then, I have defo lost. x

2-3 months but some of it was lost before here/ but I had ost about 8 stone in about 4 years then got pregnant. Just now needed to lose the last 3, down to two now x I work out quite a bit and have quite an active life. I also have been really watching what I eat.

I only used 0.5 kg but I think the average is 3-5 pound weights. Log it under circuit training for 27 mins. I changed my cals to an average of 200 each session. If you use the search function you will find hundreds of threads about 30ds.

14 or 15 days in. major results so far, particulalry on my thighs and waist. I do loads of other cardio as well, like wii fit, swimming and a load of cycling x

Same here, 28 waist 47 hips. It is crazy. Sadly it just has to be done slowly over time. No spot reducing. i have resigned myself to always having a larger bottom half. I moved onto level 3 after about 12 days and I find it easer than level 3. I found level 2 so so hard. It does get easier. I do not bother with being about to do Natalie's moves. I don't think I ever will be able to. x
