I have only lost 140 pounds (not all through MFP) but my knees hurt less, I look better and I can work out without having to stop lots. I am not there yet but I have done well even if it has taken me 7 years (with a three and a bit year gap due to pregnancy and being lazy and preoccupied).

worthenshaws (in the UK) make amazing coconut ice creams but it is so hard to get hold of them. Go to their website and see where they are located. I used to be able to get them, got hooked, then my supermarket stopped stocking. grrrr.
