Nope, I never eat my exercise calories. I have a hard enough time just eating my regular calories, I cant imagine trying to add the rest

My scale is my worst enemy. I wish I had the willpower you have to stay off of it. I cant even stay off for a whole day. I seriously have problems lol. Mainly you should just measure yourself and see those numbers change. That is the only thing that really helps me

I'm in!!!! Saturdays will be my hardest days cause we go out of town for my man's softball games and always end up driving through somewhere. Tomorrow morning I am packing a cooler with food so we can all eat healthy!

Stay away from the fast food. Make yourself a turkey burger with bacon instead.....minus the bun lol....get some lettuce and tomatoe....it is delicious!!!! There is really no reason to eat fast food, it is horrible for your body.

I would def say water weight. I have personally never gained this much, but I have gained 3 or 4 lbs in a day. Also watch your sodium intake.

Go by your HRM watch. The site only does an estimate. Your watch is going by your heart rate. It is the most accurate

I personally do not take any diet pills and I do not believe in them. They are good to use for quick weightloss, but not for long term. I set aside a time everyday to sit and fill everything out. I try to fill things out as I do them, but sometimes I am not able to. I do write down in my paper journal what I eat and what exercise I do in case I am not able to get straight to the comp. I also try planning my meals out and typing them up so then I feel like…

Hey everyone.....I am new to this, still just browsing around and trying to figuire everything out. 5 lbs a month sounds like an awesome goal and I have hit it for this month.
