My advice is buy yourself some whey protein to increase your protein intake. Without chicken or poultry your going to struggle to hit your protein requirements. As there the biggest contributor, and you need protein to build and repair muscle. Personally I wouldn't bog yourself down about eating all your calories back IMO…

Doesn't need to beer, chase it with juice and tell them you hate the after taste of a shot but don't want to turn down free booze. You will soon become a legend when your still standing after an 8hr shift and loads of free drink thrown your way. :-D

Its possible cause your burning calories all the time, your body burns calories just breathing, circulating blood etc so yeah its possible. BMR is what you body uses in a coma, so yeah Xcals a min is normal I think
