  • 1 or 2 Eggo Whole grain waffles, spread one with 100% fruit jam, and one with whipped cream cheese. Make a sandwich, cut into quarters very neat and easy to eat. I adjust the amount of cream cheese/jam/waffles depending on how much I'm planning on exercising that day!

  • Gosh, I would never want to dilute a good wine. Maybe you could alternate a glass of water with a glass of wine. Or a sparkling water with lime to make it nicer.
  • I used Weight Watchers online for a while, but their database sucks compared to MFP, most chain restaurants not listed, most vegetarian foods not listed-- And you have to pay, yet the still have ads all over the place. No thanks.
  • I've been a vegetarian for 20 years, and would never go back, but you really do have to be careful about finding other protein sources. If you don't mind the chicken, it's really not that bad for you-low fat, high protein... Sometimes I think life would be much easier if I ate chicken.
