Yes I eat like I am a prisoner lol. It's horrible but I can't help myself lol. A friend I know eats with her eyes closed. It has helped her lose weight and she eats slower now.

Yes of course they lost 18 pounds and you lost 4. They have a lot more weight to lose then 20-30lbs. 4 pounds is great weight loss a pound of week. Why is that bad? If it was important to you, you wouldn't be quitting.

It's not the workout it's what you eat. Well okay it is the workout but it's mostly what you eat. Watching your fat intake is the key to shedding weight on your lower half. You won't lean out if you're not eating right.

You should also mention to the IP that once she starts eating a normal amount of carbs she will gain every pound back. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. Yes on the weekends I do. But I try my best to stay in or at least close to my calories limit. This is after the hard way forever. I find people who have actual cheat days, never lose the weight. They spend the entire week trying to lose all the water weight they gained that weekend.. So I find the way I do it now works…

Books. I have about 800 on my Kindle. But I guess it's a fair tie between nail polish and clothes too. That's how I reward myself along this never ending weight loss journey. With books, clothes and nail polish.

Yes I am 5"1 and my goal weight is 120lbs. I could aim lower maybe but I like to keep my curves and it is still a considered healthy weight.

I don't worry about calories when I am sick. I eat when I am hungry. And eat what makes me feel better, soup and crackers, fruit. Stay away from dairy it only produces more phlegm. Stay hydrated. And eat what you want within moderation of course.
